Refund policy

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a garment for a different size or color, you may do so within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at store@byandreaayala.com. Return shipments must be sent to the following address:

Plaza Atrio, Boulevard del Hipódromo #626, Local #2, San Benito, San Salvador, El Salvador.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at store@byandreaayala.com immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds. All sales are final.
